The FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the standard network protocol for transferring files between a client and a server or from a server to server.

FTP/CSV support

FTP is widespread today, and the protocol allows you to send messages to many recipients by uploading a single CSV file. However, we recommend using our REST API to communicate with our services. We will provide you with FTP access if required.

The configuration of FTP must be set up manually due to its complexity. Please contact our customer service to set up an FTP profile for your account.
